well because she is so mean to me just because im the youngest, she always swears at me and calls names. like somtimes she says really awful things to me and when i dont reply or do something she always gets even more angry at me. she always cuts me off or says yeah i dont care when i talk to her

maybe u should write to her, u know? not talk but write so she has no excuse but to just read it instead of argue back and u know, just dont talk to her until she talks first and if she does tell u to do something that u feel uncomfortable with, maybe have a talk with ur rents or just not do it! stand up for yourself! ur stronger than u know!
